Terms you agree to when you REGISTER and/or ATTEND TEXAS NIGHT 2024 at Mango’s in Orlando, FL on 09/22/24.
As a guest, attendee or registrant of Mango's in Orlando, FL for TX Night 2024, you should be aware that Cuxy9, Inc. and all associated personnel, including law enforcement and security, and Mango’s venue personnel, hold the inalienable right to remove you from the premises for various reasons at their sole discretion. These reasons encompass but are not limited to inappropriate behavior unbecoming a security professional, fighting, theft, trespassing, harassment, disorderly conduct, weapons violations, intoxication, involvement in any criminal activities, and any other behaviors deemed inappropriate for TX Night 2024. You have no rights to appeal any decision made that may otherwise impair or dismiss you from the Mango’s property… and you agree to hold harmless the aforementioned from any legal proceedings by your attendance, be it civil or criminal, et al. You further agree that when you register for TX Night 2024, you are legally bound to provide your legal and proper name, email, phone, company, title, and any other requested information for purpose of registering and/or attending TX Night 2024. Failure to provide or providing false information is grounds for removal from the Mango’s property. You further acknowledge and agree that the information provided for registration will be knowingly shared with sponsors, Cuxy9, Inc, advertisers, TX Night 2024 supporters, and potentially other relevant parties at the sole discretion of Cuxy9, Inc. This sharing of information is a necessary condition for your registration and/or attendance at TX Night 2024. Furthermore, by agreeing to these terms, you consent to potential solicitation that may arise because of your registration and/or attendance for TX Night 2024.
Finally, you agree that you have read this statement and had the option NOT to register and/or attend thus avoid any solicitation mentioned and risk removal from the premises as noted above for violations mentioned or other causes or reasons. If you do not wish to be contacted or receive sponsor solicitation do not register for TX Night. You are registering based on your own discretion and acknowledge that you are eligible to receive marketing messages from TX Night Sponsors. Each Sponsor will provide their own opt-out mechanism in their message. ASIS/GSX is not hosting this event, nor do they review/approve marketing messages and sponsor solicitations.
Event Security
Security at Mango's will be managed by off-duty law enforcement officers to ensure a safe and secure environment for everyone. Please be advised that weapons of any kind are strictly prohibited.
The event will also be utilizing Evolv's AI-based concealed weapons detection system for screening at the front door for weapons. For more information about the technology used, visit evolv.com.
Event Parking
Parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis in the Mango's parking lot. Due to the venue's convenient location just a short stroll away from the convention center, where the ASIS GSX event kicks off the following morning, many attendees prefer to use rideshare services like Uber, Lyft, or taxis, or simply walk to the event.
